Elena V. Gladkyh

Elena Gladkyh has been working in banking sector since 1992. In different career stages she held responsible and executive positions in departments of “GLOBEKSBANK” commercial bank, “Rossiyskiy capital” joint-stock commercial bank, “Russkiy Bank Razvitija” commercial bank.

Last ten years she was Member of Management Board and Hear of Corporate business department in “Russkiy Bank Razvitija”. She managed and controlled department’s subdivisions activity, formation of customer bank policy, organization of banking products sales system and corporate banking, development and inplementaion of the line of banking products for Corporate Customers.

During 2006-2007 Elena Gladkyh worked in “RBR” Holding, she was Advisor to President of CJSC “Nerl”, Deputy General Director for finance in JSC “Rassvet”.

In April 2008 she has become Head of Russian Factors Company development project and since July 2008 has been General Director of the company.
